Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve referral and onboarding strategies from idea to global rollout
• Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using Braze and internal tools to drive engagement
• Analyze data to identify referral trends and uncover growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or analytics
• Strong experience using SQL and Excel for insights
• Proven track record of running impactful lifecycle campaigns
• Familiarity with referral, onboarding, and engagement strategies
• Experience with paid media channels preferred
