Job Summary

Lifecycle Marketing Manager, a full-time position responsible for executing lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, ensuring high-quality execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable, including segment setup, template building, and scheduling
  • Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns and perform quality assurance checks
  • Configure and launch A/B tests, analyze results, and maintain the lifecycle calendar
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM/email marketing experience at a consumer brand, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or subscription
  • Deep fluency with at least one major email service provider (ESP) such as Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo
  • Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering clean and timely campaigns
  • Comfort with SQL or a willingness to learn quickly is a plus
  • Copywriting ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice
