Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers to encourage actions towards publishing milestones
  • Develop and execute multi-channel retention marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and optimize journey maps to enhance loyalty and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer marketing and retention strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation software (ESPs, CDPs, CRMs)
  • Proficiency in delivering multichannel strategies and A/B testing
  • Experience in customer research, journey mapping, and loyalty programs is a plus
