Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage lifecycle programs to improve customer activation, engagement, and retention
- Enhance performance across various customer journeys through segmentation and behavioral triggers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and engaging messaging across channels
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing
- 3 or more years of experience building automated journeys using tools like HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable
- Experience in designing full funnel programs across onboarding, nurture, upsell, and retention
- Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and multi-channel campaign execution
- Ability to analyze data using tools like Looker, Google Analytics, or Tableau
