Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee customer adoption, expansion, and retention programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute lifecycle journeys for install base customers across various channels focused on adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Utilize customer and product data to define segments and tailor campaigns accordingly
- Run experiments and analyze performance to optimize customer journeys and improve utilization
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Growth Marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle/marketing automation tools
- Strong data literacy and experience in performance reporting
- Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success teams
