Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee customer adoption, expansion, and retention programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute lifecycle journeys for install base customers across various channels focused on adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Utilize customer and product data to define segments and tailor campaigns accordingly
  • Run experiments and analyze performance to optimize customer journeys and improve utilization
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Growth Marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle/marketing automation tools
  • Strong data literacy and experience in performance reporting
  • Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success teams
