Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead user engagement across the Waypoints platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage user journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and renewal
  • Launch automated campaigns to convert free users into paying subscribers and reduce churn
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle efforts with feature launches and campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of lifecycle marketing or CRM experience
  • Proven success with engagement and retention for a subscription-based product
  • Experience with mobile apps and understanding of mobile user behavior
  • Hands-on experience with Iterable
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to shape lifecycle strategy
