Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to engage, convert, and retain customers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and other channels
  • Design and manage full-funnel lifecycle programs, including onboarding, activation, and retention
  • Analyze performance across lifecycle KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience managing email and SMS programs for an eCommerce or consumer brand
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms and spreadsheets
  • Experience building and managing automated customer journeys
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
