Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for customer activation, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lifecycle journeys across activation, retention, expansion, and reactivation
  • Own and optimize email marketing campaigns and in-app messaging to enhance user engagement and retention
  • Analyze performance metrics and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and customer behavior insights
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and hands-on experience with Userpilot or similar tools
  • Proven track record in running lifecycle programs that drive revenue
  • Experience with transactional email platforms like Postmark is a plus
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Preset is strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate independently and provide constructive feedback
