Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and optimize programs that engage and retain a global community of scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey from acquisition to retention
- Develop and manage onboarding and activation campaigns to enhance product adoption
- Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs to recommend optimizations for engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in building and optimizing onboarding and retention programs
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms
- Experience running A/B tests to improve conversion and retention outcomes
