Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale lifecycle marketing functions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy and execution across various channels to enhance onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion
- Map and maintain end-to-end customer journeys, identifying key moments and opportunities for impact
- Design and execute lifecycle programs from ideation through launch, QA, and iteration
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of B2B lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in a product-led growth environment
- Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioral and product data
- Experience in building triggered, behavior-based lifecycle programs
- High product acumen and ability to identify impactful opportunities
