Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retention-focused lifecycle strategies and campaigns to increase repeat purchase rates and reduce churn
  • Manage and optimize retention-focused lifecycle programs, including post-purchase and customer education flows
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 - 8+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on lifecycle and retention marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Proven experience developing and implementing lifecycle strategies that improve customer retention
  • Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced segmentation and automation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting lifecycle and email performance metrics
