Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retention-focused lifecycle strategies and campaigns to increase repeat purchase rates and reduce churn
- Manage and optimize retention-focused lifecycle programs, including post-purchase and customer education flows
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on lifecycle and retention marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
- Proven experience developing and implementing lifecycle strategies that improve customer retention
- Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced segmentation and automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting lifecycle and email performance metrics
