Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategy for targeted Lifecycle Marketing experiences to address renewal risks and growth opportunities
  • Design, deliver, and optimize targeted experiences that enhance key leading indicators for each lifecycle stage
  • Analyze customer data to form experiment hypotheses and connect tactical activities with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of in-house marketing experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Extensive experience in data-driven marketing design and activation
  • Proficient in reviewing complex multi-relational customer data sets
  • Experience with SaaS post-purchase metrics and customer behavioral insights
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from inception to delivery
