Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance customer journeys and drive engagement across its travel platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle programs for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy
- Create data-informed user journeys that guide customers from signup to power user adoption
- Build a testing framework to validate messaging and strategies, and analyze performance to improve product metrics
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing roles with a focus on product adoption and retention
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Looker and Snowflake, and comfortable with SQL
- Exceptional copywriting skills for customer communication
- Experience collaborating with Product teams and influencing product outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar marketing platforms
