Job Summary

Focused on adoption, usage, and retention, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop customer marketing programs, optimize onboarding communications, and analyze customer behavior to enhance engagement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs to increase engagement and report on results
  • Optimize onboarding communications to accelerate time-to-value for new customers
  • Analyze customer behavior and product usage data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing in SaaS
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot)
  • Proven track record of generating leads on G2 and Capterra
  • Experience with product usage analytics tools like Pendo
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data effectively
