Job Summary
Focused on adoption, usage, and retention, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop customer marketing programs, optimize onboarding communications, and analyze customer behavior to enhance engagement and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer marketing programs to increase engagement and report on results
- Optimize onboarding communications to accelerate time-to-value for new customers
- Analyze customer behavior and product usage data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing in SaaS
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot)
- Proven track record of generating leads on G2 and Capterra
- Experience with product usage analytics tools like Pendo
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data effectively
