Job Summary
Driving the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, the full-time Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will translate strategies into high-performing campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring timely and relevant communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop lifecycle strategies and manage multi-step journeys supporting key stages of the student funnel
- Oversee day-to-day journey orchestration and lead testing and optimization efforts to enhance campaign performance
- Analyze campaign performance to derive insights for continuous improvement and ensure alignment with Student Success Center engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with campaign deployment in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
- Proven ability to manage multi-step lifecycle journeys across email and SMS
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members or shared resources
