Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage core customer communication vehicles, optimize feature adoption workflows, and centralize survey programs to maximize value and retention for a growing paid customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution and optimization of customer-facing touchpoints, including newsletters and community updates
- Collaborate with Product teams to design multi-channel workflows that enhance feature adoption and user engagement
- Manage and automate the lifecycle feedback program by centralizing cross-functional research and feedback requests
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Growth Marketing in a SaaS or subscription environment
- Advanced hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and in-product messaging tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools to assess campaign performance
- Proven track record of managing complex target lists and meticulous segmentation frameworks
- Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution across various communication channels
