Job Summary

Owning the lifecycle communication strategy, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will assess existing user engagement methods and build a comprehensive lifecycle program to enhance user activation, retention, and engagement, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess and develop a full lifecycle roadmap for onboarding, activation, engagement, re-engagement, and retention across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Build, test, and optimize lifecycle campaigns, ensuring hands-on involvement in tools and processes
  • Write high-quality lifecycle copy and design scalable email templates to enhance user experience and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience at a consumer tech company or high-growth startup
  • Hands-on experience with major lifecycle or CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
  • Experience in building and scaling SMS programs alongside email, focusing on compliance and deliverability
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull data and build reports to inform decision-making
  • Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clarity and tone in messaging
