Job Summary
Driving engagement for the ClassPass Corporate Wellness Program, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the lifecycle roadmap, analyze data trends, and build campaigns in Braze to enhance employee sign-up and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the lifecycle roadmap, managing evergreen campaigns and new activation initiatives
- Analyze data to identify sign-up trends and optimize acquisition drivers and email metrics
- Build and manage lifecycle campaigns in Braze, including segment creation, QA, and deployment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing roles
- Hands-on expertise in building campaigns in Braze, including segmentation and QA
- Proven track record of driving activation and conversion metrics with measurable impact
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and insights communication
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and their application
