Job Summary

Owning the full consumer lifecycle roadmap, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will architect and manage marketing strategies from pre-purchase to long-term retention, leveraging automated flows and data insights to enhance user engagement and retention in a healthcare-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Architect and manage the consumer lifecycle roadmap, including nurture, conversion, and engagement flows
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new program launches, overseeing communication plans from pre-launch to post-launch
  • Build and operate automated marketing flows using Braze, ensuring journey hygiene and integration health
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in DTC health or regulated consumer categories
  • Proficiency in Braze, including building complex canvases and event-triggered flows
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to read event schemas and troubleshoot flows independently
  • Experience leading lifecycle initiatives for new product launches
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and messaging in a healthcare context
