Job Summary
Hands-on and customer journey-focused, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design, build, and optimize multi-channel programs to enhance user engagement and drive revenue through effective automation and segmentation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage lifecycle programs across various channels, including email, in-app messaging, and SMS
- Create and optimize nurture sequences for different audience segments to facilitate movement through the marketing funnel
- Oversee the automation infrastructure, ensuring effective segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign logic
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or Marketo
- Strong understanding of lifecycle and funnel metrics, including activation, engagement, and conversion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize automated marketing programs from strategy through execution
