Job Summary
Owning the conversion of marketing-accepted leads into requested demos, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and implement nurture programs, manage segmentation and email strategies, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead progression.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute lifecycle nurture programs to move leads towards demo requests
- Manage segmentation, email strategies, and lead scoring in partnership with revenue operations
- Coordinate multi-channel ABM programs targeting named accounts to drive engagement and conversions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, demand generation, or ABM in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
- Demonstrated ability to design nurture programs that lead to clear conversions
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and understanding of lead flow between marketing and sales
- Strong analytical skills for funnel and conversion analysis, as well as email and account-level metrics
