Job Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own user activation, lifecycle email marketing, in-app messaging, and onboarding flows, focusing on converting free users to paying customers and enhancing engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Map the full customer journey from signup to paid conversion and long-term engagement
- Design and run experiments to address funnel breakages using various marketing tools
- Own the full lifecycle communication stack, including email and in-app messaging campaigns
Required qualifications
- Experience in growth, lifecycle, or customer marketing PM work at a high-volume business, preferably in Prosumer SaaS or Consumer
- Proven ability to create and ship lifecycle email programs and in-app messaging campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnels, cohorts, and decile scoring
- Hands-on experience automating aspects of marketing processes
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding data and metrics
