Job Summary

Driving user engagement and revenue growth, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize customer experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance lifecycle communications.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies for personalized messaging through marketing automation platforms
  • Analyze customer experiences to identify friction points and uncover revenue opportunities in partnership with various teams
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing in a high-growth environment
  • Advanced experience with Braze and strong technical knowledge of email marketing and customer journey orchestration
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Sheets or Looker
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
  • Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
