Job Summary
Driving user engagement and revenue growth, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize customer experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance lifecycle communications.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Develop audience segmentation strategies for personalized messaging through marketing automation platforms
- Analyze customer experiences to identify friction points and uncover revenue opportunities in partnership with various teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing in a high-growth environment
- Advanced experience with Braze and strong technical knowledge of email marketing and customer journey orchestration
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Sheets or Looker
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
