Job Summary
Owning and evolving the email program across a growing portfolio of brands, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on segmentation, automation, and performance insights in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring a balance between promotional campaigns and personalized communication
- Oversee campaign planning and execution, including Pardot builds, segmentation, and compliance management across all brands
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to improve business outcomes and connect email engagement to revenue
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience managing high-volume email marketing or lifecycle programs
- Deep expertise with Pardot, including automation, segmentation, and engagement programs
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and behavioral triggers
- Experience with analytics to connect email performance to revenue through attribution reporting
