Job Summary
Engaging customers through strategic marketing initiatives, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will execute in-service and post-service marketing strategies to drive retention, engagement, and revenue while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine multi-channel retention marketing campaigns across various touchpoints
- Maintain key journey maps to inform loyalty and retention strategies, optimizing programs to drive engagement KPIs
- Create reporting dashboards to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle initiatives and provide actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing and retention strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency with marketing automation software, including ESPs, CDPs, and CRMs
- Experience delivering multichannel strategies such as email nurture, in-product messaging, and ads
- Strong data analytical skills and Excel competency to develop actionable strategies
