Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle marketing strategy, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will engage and retain users through personalized multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data and experimentation to enhance user experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement
- Plan and launch personalized multi-channel campaigns that guide users through their journey while optimizing performance through A/B testing and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer experience and improve event tracking and data quality for lifecycle messaging
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with end-to-end strategy ownership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with modern lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Hubspot)
- Demonstrated ability to build multi-channel journeys, including segmentation, automation, and personalization
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
