Job Summary

Owning the design and performance of participant-centric lifecycle marketing strategies, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will define frameworks, lead cross-functional alignment, and drive measurable improvements in participant behavior and financial outcomes within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for workplace participants, including journey architecture and engagement models
  • Lead the design of lifecycle journeys across key milestones, ensuring alignment with participant needs and business objectives
  • Establish segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and demographic data to enhance relevance and engagement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8-12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing, preferably in financial services
  • Demonstrated experience in owning lifecycle marketing strategy and achieving measurable business outcomes
  • Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defining measurement frameworks and translating data into strategic actions
