Job Summary
To support automated lifecycle programs for SMB advertisers, the part-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will manage planning, journey logic, testing coordination, performance readouts, and optimization recommendations in a remote contract role lasting 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies to guide SMB advertisers through the customer journey
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure implementation feasibility and governance of lifecycle programs
- Analyze performance data to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations for improved customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, demand generation, or email marketing
- Proficiency in journey mapping and defining trigger-based journeys, nurture logic, and onboarding flows
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Strong skills in testing and optimization across various marketing elements
- Ability to diagnose funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements based on performance data
