Job Summary

To support automated lifecycle programs for SMB advertisers, the part-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will manage planning, journey logic, testing coordination, performance readouts, and optimization recommendations in a remote contract role lasting 6 months.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies to guide SMB advertisers through the customer journey
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure implementation feasibility and governance of lifecycle programs
  • Analyze performance data to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations for improved customer engagement
Required qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, demand generation, or email marketing
  • Proficiency in journey mapping and defining trigger-based journeys, nurture logic, and onboarding flows
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong skills in testing and optimization across various marketing elements
  • Ability to diagnose funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements based on performance data
