Job Summary

To support a growing tech initiative, the part-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the planning, journey logic, testing coordination, and performance optimization for automated lifecycle programs aimed at moving SMB advertisers through the marketing funnel, all while working remotely on a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and execution of automated lifecycle marketing programs, ensuring alignment with the approved lifecycle roadmap
  • Coordinate testing and performance readouts, providing optimization recommendations based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Ops, to ensure launch readiness and governance of lifecycle initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, demand generation, or email marketing
  • Proficiency in journey mapping and lifecycle automation, with experience in defining trigger-based journeys and onboarding flows
  • Strong familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience in testing and optimizing various marketing elements, including messaging and audience targeting
  • Ability to analyze performance data to identify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements
