Job Summary

Strategically focused on Activation and Lead Nurturing, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will manage the execution of campaigns from lead capture to trial sign-up and conversion, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and enhance customer journeys.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the full activation strategy, overseeing campaign execution from lead capture through trial sign-up and paid conversion
  • Lead messaging optimization for recurring lead touchpoints, including newsletters and promotional offers
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions to automate workflows and personalize content at scale within lifecycle tools
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing within a SaaS or subscription environment
  • Understanding of trial-to-paid conversion psychology and the use of behavioral triggers
  • Hands-on experience with Iterable and/or Braze for orchestration
  • Ability to contribute to a 6-month activation roadmap and manage complex workflows
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from campaign performance and make recommendations
