Job Summary
Owning and scaling the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, the full-time Fractional Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design, build, and optimize automated email and SMS campaigns to drive appointment bookings and improve customer retention in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the email and SMS lifecycle marketing strategy, including the development of automated lifecycle flows and customer segmentation
- Create, test, and launch ongoing email and SMS campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive bookings
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on key metrics and providing actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo
- Proven experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention strategy, and customer segmentation
- Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused emails within Klaviyo
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement
