Job Summary
Owning and scaling the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, the full-time Fractional Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design, build, and optimize automated email and SMS campaigns to drive appointment bookings and improve customer retention in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the email and SMS lifecycle marketing strategy, including the development of automated flows and customer segmentation
- Create and launch ongoing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and best practices for design and deliverability
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement A/B testing to optimize lifecycle marketing efforts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo
- Proven ability to build and optimize automated lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention strategies
- Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused emails
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data for continuous improvement
