Job Summary
To support the Mom & Baby Team, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute data-driven lifecycle email, SMS, and MMS campaigns, ensuring effective communication with expectant and new parents throughout their customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of all lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and MMS
- Develop content strategies and write compelling copy that resonates with moms at each stage of their journey
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations to improve engagement and conversion metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle/email/SMS marketing, preferably in DTC or consumer health/wellness
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to write effective email/SMS copy aligned with brand voice and performance goals
- Experience with analytics platforms to interpret customer behavior and optimize lifecycle strategies
