Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager will design and implement systems for customer engagement across various financial products, while also drafting messaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive retention, activation, and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and win-back across Flex's product suite
- Draft and approve lifecycle messaging in collaboration with Product, Legal, and Compliance for a regulated fintech audience
- Partner with Engineering and Data to design event-based triggers and data architecture for personalized customer journeys
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms, including building Canvases and managing campaigns
- Fluency with Segment or similar CDPs, focusing on identity resolution and event tracking
- Experience collaborating with Engineering and Data teams to design event-based systems
- Strong writing skills and experience navigating legal/compliance review for customer-facing copy
