Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design, launch, and manage end-to-end campaigns remotely, utilizing customer data and marketing automation tools to engage and retain Small Business customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and manage multiple end-to-end campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal segmentation and orchestration
  • Identify customer insights and data to develop effective go-to-market strategies and measure campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with Data Scientists to enhance campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights and testing
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C or B2B lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data sources and campaign performance metrics
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua or Marketo
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders
  • Exceptional project and time management skills
