Job Summary

Owning the lifecycle marketing strategy, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager will manage user journeys from onboarding to long-term engagement in a hybrid work environment, focusing on email execution and data-driven campaigns to enhance user activation and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, trial education, retention, and reactivation
  • Build segmented user journeys based on behavior and lifecycle stage, creating and testing lifecycle campaigns
  • Define and track lifecycle metrics to improve user engagement and campaign performance
Required qualifications
  • Experience owning lifecycle, growth, email, activation, or retention programs
  • Strong understanding of PLG funnels and self-serve user journeys
  • Excellent lifecycle/email craft, including copywriting and campaign measurement
  • Ability to work with behavioral data and lifecycle metrics
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new systems from scratch
