Job Summary

Driving day-to-day operational workflows in growth marketing, the temporary Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist will work in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer communications and improve technology used for marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in campaign performance and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational plans and deliverables
  • Monitoring campaign performance and addressing issues to maintain operational integrity
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience with acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking, with SQL experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
