Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of targeted Lifecycle Marketing experiences and activate campaign designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy experiences and improve retention
  • Utilize customer data to formulate testable hypotheses and design experiences based on insights
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of in-house marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in data-driven marketing activation and increasing customer lifecycle measurements
  • Strong understanding of SaaS post-purchase metrics and designing experiences based on customer behavior and product usage insights
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing and Customer Success systems (CDPs, Journey Orchestration, Marketing Automation, Analytics)
  • Ability to work hybrid or remotely from a US or Canadian location
