Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for customer lifecycle stages from onboarding to retention
  • Create and deploy customer communications via email and in-app messaging to keep users informed and engaged
  • Analyze data to tailor communications and monitor the effectiveness of lifecycle tactics

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer marketing or professional communications
  • Experience in K-6 education or edtech is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and in-app communication platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively
