Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies for customer lifecycle stages from onboarding to retention
- Create and deploy customer communications via email and in-app messaging to keep users informed and engaged
- Analyze data to tailor communications and monitor the effectiveness of lifecycle tactics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer marketing or professional communications
- Experience in K-6 education or edtech is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation and in-app communication platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively
