Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design, build, and optimize lifecycle messaging programs across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle campaigns from concept through development, QA, deployment, and optimization
  • Identify lifecycle messaging opportunities and design behavior-triggered messaging programs
  • Analyze campaign results and propose improvements based on insights
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer marketing
  • Experience building campaigns in lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
  • Hands-on experience with email as a primary lifecycle channel
  • Experience running lifecycle experiments or A/B tests
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based messaging strategies
