Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design, build, and optimize lifecycle messaging programs across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle campaigns from concept through development, QA, deployment, and optimization
- Identify lifecycle messaging opportunities and design behavior-triggered messaging programs
- Analyze campaign results and propose improvements based on insights
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer marketing
- Experience building campaigns in lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
- Hands-on experience with email as a primary lifecycle channel
- Experience running lifecycle experiments or A/B tests
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based messaging strategies
