Job Summary
Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for owning the post-signup journey, from free trial activation to paid conversion and renewal, while designing lifecycle infrastructure and programs to enhance user engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full post-signup journey, including free trial activation, paid conversion, renewal, and expansion
- Design and implement onboarding experiences and lifecycle programs for both self-serve and sales-assisted accounts
- Utilize HubSpot and Amplitude to manage segmentation, automation, and reporting for lifecycle initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of owning free-to-paid or trial-to-paid conversion as a primary metric
- Hands-on experience operating HubSpot and building workflows and contact models
- Proficiency in Amplitude or equivalent product analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Experience building lifecycle infrastructure from scratch and working across both self-serve and sales-assisted motions
