Job Summary
Launching a full lifecycle program, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will build and deploy end-to-end nurture journeys in HubSpot for various audiences, focusing on improving conversion rates and closing journey gaps through new programs in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deploy comprehensive nurture journeys in HubSpot for direct members, clinic-referred members, clinic partners, and employer clients
- Establish baseline conversion rates and drive improvements through personalized communication, managing a KPI dashboard to track performance
- Audit existing member and partner journeys to identify gaps and implement 2-3 new repeatable systems to enhance the overall experience
Required qualifications
- Proven experience building lifecycle programming from the ground up in a B2C environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Braze, or similar marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and accountability for results
- Strong writing skills, particularly in sensitive contexts involving high-stakes decisions
- Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry is a plus
