Job Summary
Owning and scaling the communication strategy, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns in HubSpot, guiding individual learners and enterprise decision-makers through sophisticated multi-touch journeys in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign management for all email programs, ensuring brand alignment across teams
- Design and manage automated customer journeys in HubSpot to enhance adoption, retention, and conversion
- Oversee database health and implement advanced segmentation based on behavioral triggers
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing campaigns, preferably in Cybersecurity, EdTech, or B2B SaaS
- Expertise in HubSpot, including building complex workflows and managing custom properties
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design; Salesforce integration experience is a plus
- Proven ability to write compelling technical copy for the cybersecurity community
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
