Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will build, launch, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns aimed at helping health and wellness practitioners discover and adopt integrations that enhance their workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to engage practitioners at critical moments
  • Manage relationships with integration partners and support co-marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, running A/B tests to optimize messaging and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, partnership marketing, or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience executing behavior-triggered, segmented email and in-app campaigns
  • Working knowledge of retention and expansion metrics, including attach rates and cohorts
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with in-app messaging tools like Pendo
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Product, CX, and Partnerships teams
