Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to drive member growth, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own mid-funnel and bottom-funnel lifecycle strategy including trial-to-paid conversion and churn prevention
- Build automated, behaviorally-driven lifecycle journeys and campaigns across various platforms
- Track and report on core subscription metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or growth
- Hands-on experience with automated email journeys and lifecycle campaigns in an ESP
- Familiarity with membership tools and solid understanding of subscription funnel economics
- Strong writing skills, capable of matching brand voice and crafting effective copy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
