Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to drive member growth, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own mid-funnel and bottom-funnel lifecycle strategy including trial-to-paid conversion and churn prevention
  • Build automated, behaviorally-driven lifecycle journeys and campaigns across various platforms
  • Track and report on core subscription metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or growth
  • Hands-on experience with automated email journeys and lifecycle campaigns in an ESP
  • Familiarity with membership tools and solid understanding of subscription funnel economics
  • Strong writing skills, capable of matching brand voice and crafting effective copy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
