Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Lifecycle team, including coaching, mentorship, and team retention
• Drive business growth and achieve P&L goals through client retention, new business development, service expansion, and efficiency
• Drive product innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience
• Agency experience required
• 6+ years of management and leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of customer lifecycles, marketing funnels, etc
