Lifecycle Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning daily SMS workflows and managing inbound patient conversations, the remote Lifecycle Operations Associate will execute outbound outreach and early lifecycle engagement, focusing on quality, compliance, and conversion from warm intent to booked appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Write and send 2-3 marketing emails per month
• Execute daily SMS outreach to warm leads using various tools
• Track performance metrics and maintain data hygiene

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years in lifecycle operations, growth ops, CRM, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with tools like Front, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier, and Customer.io
• Comfortable owning operational processes end-to-end
• Able to strategize and communicate with diverse audiences
• Healthcare or lifecycle experience is a plus
