Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Operations Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Build lifecycle messages across various communication channels
• QA campaign logic, segmentation, and scheduling before launch
• Support communication execution for Lifecycle and cross-team projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM operations, or marketing automation
• Strong experience with Braze or equivalent messaging platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Expertise in multi-channel messaging and automated lifecycle journeys
• Proficiency in segmentation logic, HTML/CSS, and event-based triggers
