Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience recruiting for an enterprise SaaS organization is required
• Healthcare or health tech industry experience is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build proactive pipelines and attract passive talent
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level hiring managers
