Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Lifecycle & Retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy, mapping key moments and designing campaigns to activate, retain, and re-engage users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user segments and trigger-based journeys
  • Build and manage automated email flows and establish metrics to track performance and achieve business outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles, preferably in a high-growth tech startup or Marketplace/SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with email lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io)
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a history of working closely with engineering and design teams
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
